Terms & Conditions MeritKing – The Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

By accessing or using the MeritKing platform in any way – including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, playing games, or claiming any bonus – you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms govern the relationship between you and meritking and apply to all products and services provided by meritking, including but not limited to:

MeritKing will suspend and close any account found to be in violation of the single account policy. All balances and bonuses in those accounts will be forfeited. This includes cases where more than one account is registered using the same name, phone number, address, bank card, or device.

• Identity fraud or the use of false information during registration.
• Suspected money laundering through deposits and withdrawals.

Meritking reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Reported violations of these Terms and Conditions.

• Suspected activity related to fraud or money laundering.
• Instructions from the relevant Malaysian authorities.
• A player's own request to close their account.

Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the meritking support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned upon completion of review and verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, meritking is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform.
• Service disruptions caused by technical failures beyond MeritKing's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence.
• Changes in Malaysian laws or regulations that affect access to the platform.
